By accessing or using the SwapTron platform at https://swaptron.cc, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your use of all services, features, and tools provided. Please review them carefully before participating.
1. Platform Description
SwapTron operates as a non-custodial digital asset platform that utilizes an automated trading system referred to as the AI Arbitrage Software. Users may deposit Tron (TRX) to engage with the system. Any generated returns are distributed algorithmically and directed to the originating TRX wallet address provided during participation.
2. Earnings and Distribution
Earnings, if any, are calculated on a 24-hour cycle and distributed periodically.
Disbursements are sent to the TRX wallet address associated with the initial transaction.
Blockchain confirmations and network congestion may affect the time required for funds to arrive.
Projected returns may reach up to 4% daily depending on market activity and system performance; however, all returns are variable and not guaranteed.
3. Referral and Ambassador Programs
SwapTron includes a referral system designed to incentivize user growth.
Participants may share a personalized referral link and receive a 7% reward based on qualifying deposits made by directly referred users.
Referral rewards are credited after confirmation of the associated blockchain transaction.
An enhanced Ambassador tier becomes available when cumulative referral volume reaches $100,000, unlocking multi-tier rewards structured across several levels (10% - 2% - 1% - 1% - 1% - 1%).
Qualification for this tier is automatic and does not require a separate application.
4. User Accounts and Participation Rules
Each participant may utilize only one TRX wallet address within the system. Duplicate participation or multiple account usage is prohibited.
SwapTron reserves the right to monitor activity and restrict or disable accounts suspected of violating this rule.
In cases of abuse or misuse, remaining balances may be returned and access revoked without prior notice.
5. Compliance and AML Measures
SwapTron maintains internal policies aligned with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.
Transactions or account activity deemed suspicious may be subject to review.
The platform reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse transactions, as well as suspend or terminate accounts in accordance with internal risk controls.
Any involvement in unlawful activity may result in account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
6. No Advisory Relationship
SwapTron does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The platform offers automated tools only.
Participation is undertaken at the user’s own discretion and risk. Independent professional advice is recommended before engaging with digital assets.
7. Risk Acknowledgment
Digital asset markets are highly volatile and unpredictable.
There is no assurance of consistent returns, and historical performance should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future outcomes.
Users accept the possibility of fluctuating or absent returns.
8. Service Availability
Access to SwapTron may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond control.
While efforts are made to maintain consistent availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
SwapTron may suspend or permanently terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violations or activities that may compromise platform integrity.
10. Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be updated or revised at any time. Updated versions will be made available on the platform.
Continued use of SwapTron following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Eligibility Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years of age and permitted to engage in cryptocurrency-related activities under the laws of their jurisdiction.
Access to the platform is not allowed where such activities are restricted or prohibited by law.
